Does Doctiplus charge patients for services?

No. Doctiplus is an intermediary that facilitates the search for a medical specialist. Only the doctors who charge the cost per consultation that you assign will appear in the list of medical specialists.

How much is the charge to keep me registered as a doctor?

How can I make my payment if I am a doctor?

How can I see my medical history?

The doctor has the data of your medical consultation, in the Doctiplus platform the medical history is recorded and it can be exported to a Word or PDF document.

How can I book my appointment with the specialist doctor?

When you register as a patient in Doctiplus you can search for your favorite doctor and click on the button to schedule an appointment and then choose the day and time you are available to have your appointment with the specialist doctor as long as the doctor does not have one appointment already booked at that time and is available.

How can I know how many patients are on my schedule?

When you log in as a doctor you can see your appointments in your agenda and in the medical history section you can see in detail the patients who scheduled an appointment with you.

Can I make a video call to the patient or doctor?

Of course, you can click on the video call button and the doctor or patient will know that you are calling. Our suggestion is to agree with the doctor or patient to agree on the time and day of the video call. Note: only available in video consultations.

Can I stay in contact with my patient or doctor?

Of course you can chat or text the patient or doctor and keep in touch for your pending appointments. But if you are a patient, but not a patient of the doctor you want to contact, you cannot contact him unless the doctor contacts you or you make an appointment.

Where can I keep in touch with the doctors or patients in Doctiplus?

Can I register with my Google account?

What happens if I don't use my account?

If you are a patient, you can return to Doctiplus at any time. If you are a doctor and do not make the payment, your account will be suspended temporarily until you pay, there will be a surcharge if you do not pay on time within 20 days in which the charge to your Doctiplus account was generated and to reactivate your account you must log in and immediately a PayPal payment form will appear (if you completed 25 in person appointments after your 31 days free), once the payment is completed you can use the applications, and it will be visible to patients.

What can I do if I detect a false patient or doctor profile?

You can send us an email to [email protected] or [email protected] mentioned why you think it is a false profile, this will not be rushed, an investigation of the account will be taken to verify the information, in case of being a false profile. The person who assigned that account will no longer be able to access it and will be terminated.

Can I sue a doctor in Doctiplus?

What do I do if I make the payment and cannot use my session as a doctor?

Can I anticipate my payments if I am a doctor?

Can I give my opinion if I am not registered on the Doctiplus platform?

Can I get information from my captured data?

Yes, only the data that you register in the Doctiplus forms is saved, we do not save any other data about you.

Do you use my data for other commercial purposes?

No. Doctiplus protects your data and respects your privacy, only the essential data is delivered to a doctor or a patient (Folio, Name, Surname) these data are captured in your registry.

Can I delete all my personal data?

Yes. In your session go to Menu, Settings and choose the option "Delete all my data", this option will delete all your personal data and at the same time your Doctiplus account.

Can I get my data in electronic copy?

Because we do not handle any other data and only the data that you registered, in your session you can see all the captured data, we do not see the need to give an electronic copy so far. You are free to delete all your personal data and at the same time your Doctiplus account will be deleted.
